Evaluation of oxygen isotope and Mg/Ca ratios in high-magnesium calcite from benthic foraminifera as a proxy for water temperature
The data and results from this manuscript gave the important information concerning the relationship among oxygen isotope, Ca/Mg ratios, and temperature based on culture experiments. The refal foraminifers are important proxies for understanding past climate changes, but geochemical analysis of these fossils are few. The results of this manuscript provide the strong impact for shallow water paleoclimatic analysis.
